News of the COVID-19 pandemic is everywhere and impacting our country and our world as a whole. A top priority for Prima Atlanta
Printer remains the safety of Prima team members and their family as well as that of our loyal Prima customers and your families. As a
result, we are taking every measure to increase the safety of our community and to do our part to decrease the spread of the COVID-19
virus. We want to continue to serve each of our customers the best way possible and feel that the changes made will best serve our Prima
family and yours. We will continue to monitor the effects of this pandemic, and make adjustments accordingly. Please make a note of the

1) Hours of Operation
a. Monday - Friday 10am - 3pm (Print Consultants available online only) |
b. Monday - Friday 3pm - 5pm (After Hours Pick Up) |

2) Order Placement - Online Only

4) Order Pick Up and Delivery
a. All orders over $50 will qualify for FREE standard UPS ground shipping. Use the code FREESHIP20 where applicable |
b. Completed orders can be picked up at our After Hour Pick Up door located at the rear of our building. Please have your order number available for quicker service. |

5) Order Processing/Completion
a. Delays may occur during this time period, so plan accordingly to allow for sufficient time to complete your orders with our reduced hours of operation. |
b. Double check all relevant files and information pertaining to your order. We will check where possible, but you will need to double check what you submit before submitting to prevent any unnecessary delays in production. |
